Yes, you heard me right!
Coca-cola chicken wings are legit and super easy to make.
These sticky and sweet BBQ-like chicken wings are addictive and serve best on its on. Careful, you might not be able to stop once you start to chomp on it.
Best of all, it requires 4 ingredients only. 

Let's get things started!



Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes

Ingredients (serves 2)

12 chicken wings
1 can of Coca Cola 
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 tbsp Cooking Oil
Ginger,sliced (optional)

Steps

1. Rinse the chicken wings a few times and drained off the excess moisture.
2. Season the chicken wings with generous pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Give the chicken wings a good rub and set aside.
4.Meanwhile, heat up your rice cooker and pour in at least 3 tbsp of oil.
5. Fry the chicken wings, 2 minutes on each side. 

Remember to stir it if not it will get burned like this!

Tips
1. Only Coca-cola original works the wonder! Coke light is a no-no.
2. Collect salt,pepper or sauces packet if you didn't finish it while you dine in or through drive thru. It will come in handy in occasion like this!
3. Try not to crowd the chicken while cooking. I cooked mine in 2 batches and the skins was nicely browned.
4. Remember to stir the chicken now and then. I forgot to do that to mine, thus having some sides burned.

I'm pretty sure that everyone had heard of these cute little babies!
Today, I'm gonna show you how to make these cake pops in a cheating quicker way.



Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients (makes 4- 6 cake pops)

2 twiggies (flavour of your choice)
1 bar of chocolate (about 100 g)
1 tbsp of Jam or Peanut Butter
Edible sprinkles
Lollipop sticks
Food colouring (optional)

Steps

1. Mashed up the twiggies, adding in the jam or peanut butter a little at a time until it can be form into a dough as shown in the picture.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients (makes 16 clusters)

1 bar of semi sweet chocolate/ chocolate button ( about 100g)
2 tbsp of peanut butter (or more!)
2 handful of cornflakes or any cereals of your choice

Steps

1. Break up chocolate in a bowl, put in the peanut butter and melt it over hot water until glossy. ( Click in my previous post to find out how)

This is a fun recipe which allows you to customize your cookie design and it looks really cute and festive for Valentine's.



Preparation Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients (serves 2-3 person)

10 pieces of oreo cookie
1 bar of chocolate/ chocolate buttons (about 100g)
Sprinkles of your choice
Popsicle Sticks

Steps
1. Melt the chocolate over the hot water. (Click in this post to find out how)
2. Open up the oreo cookies and spread a little melted chocolate over both sides of the cookies.
3.Dip the popsicle sticks into the melted chocolate and pressed it down on the icing.
4. Sandwich the oreo cookie and put it in the fridge for 5 minutes for the chocolate to set.
5. Once the chocolate is set and harden, coat the chocolate around the cookie and put on any decorations that you want.
6.Put the oreo pop on a flat surface and pop in the fridge for 10 minutes.
7. Serve it like so or lay them in a mug as a gift.

Tips
1. It is very important to spread chocolate on both sides of the cookies. It will secure the oreo cookies nicely and make it a little more durable.
2. Make sure to press down the Popsicle stick into the icing layer so it will look nice and even.
3. Do make sure that the chocolate is set before coating the outer layer with melted chocolate.
4. You can check if the chocolate is harden by slightly shaking the Popsicle stick.If the cookie is sturdy enough and not wobbly, it is ready.
5. Of course, you can use any chocolate of your choice.
6. For gifting idea, I just use a mug that was a free gift and pile them with shredded paper. The paper should hold the popsicle stick and set them in place.
7. It will be great if you have the habit in keeping popsicle stick! (less cost) or you can buy it at a local craft store or bookshop.

This is one of the easiest recipe as it doesn't require skill and it tastes awesome with the sour bits of the tic-tac and chunky bits of the candy bar. 

Without further adieu, let's get things started!



Preparation time: 8 minutes

Ingredients

1 packet of popcorn
1 candy bar of your choice
1 Tic-Tac/ Candy of your choice
3- 6 tbsp of melting chocolate

Steps

1. Melt the chocolate over hot water. ( Click in my previous post to find out how)
2. Lay out your popcorn on a flat surface or a plate.
3. Drizzle the melted chocolate with a spoon/spatula over the popcorn in a zig-zag motion, making sure that all popcorn get the love.
5. Pop the popcorn in the fridge and let it set for 5 minutes.
6. Serve on a plate or put it in a jar as a gift.


Tips

1. You can choose any chocolate that you like (dark, milk, white) but I thought that white chocolate looks prettier with the popcorn.
2. I packed the popcorn in a cleam jam jar and covered the lid with a gift wrapper and wrap it with a strings. You can use ribbons or cloth or even stick on messages on the jar. 
Just use your creativity!
3. Feel free to use any candy bars or candies that your loved one prefer. I use the strawberry fields tic-tac as I thought it gave a Valentine's vibe.
4. I bought the white chocolate at my local baking supply shop while the popcorn at a magazine store.
5. By using all the popcorn, you can filled up to three jars or two packets as gift. Or, you can just wallop the whole thing by yourself.

Valentine's is just a few days away,hence I will be sharing a few easy and fun recipes that's yummylicious for you and your loved one while taking care of your wallet's feeling.

Best of all, all these recipes doesn't require baking or measuring or skills and definitely not time consuming. 

It is also fool proof so do give them a try!

WHAT YOU NEED
- Dish soap/ shampoo, olive oil, a bowl and paper towels!

You can use dish or hand soap that is antibacterial to remove any bacteria and dirt on your brush. The olive oil is to condition the bristles on the brushes to prevent them from drying out. I usually mix two parts of dish soap to one part of olive oil to prevent my brushes from being too oily after washing.

Once you've gathered your ingredients and dirty brushes, we can begin!


1. Mix both ingredients into the bowl and stir it.
2. Start with your smallest brush, dip just the bristle into the mixture, then swirl the brush onto your palm to work out the dirt in your brush. I usually clean my powder and foundation brush the last.
3. Rinse your brush under your tap water to release out the dirt and cleansing mixture. Make sure the water that you squeeze out from the brush is clear after you've rinse it with water.
4. Use a cloth or paper towel to squeeze out the water from your brush and make sure to reshape your brush as you dry it. Dry it as much as possible with paper towels before you air-dry them.
Lay your brushes on a paper towel and leave it to dry overnight.
Elevate the end of your brushes to let the water flow out of your brushes. This will prevent the water from flowing into the brush which might loosen the bristles and cause them to fall out in future.

I'd recommend washing them every week if its for personal use. I personally wash them right after each use especially when I use it on other people to make sure it is hygienic.

We all have days like these where we just feel so lazy so we rush through the process of removing our makeup without giving it a second thought.
Or, sometimes we are unsure of how to properly remove it, leading our skin to have breakouts, clogged pores, dull and unhealthy skin.

Remove Eye Makeup
Choose an oil based eye makeup remover to make it easier to remove stubborn waterproof mascara and eyeliner!  The one I usually use is a dual phase eye remover that consists of equal water and oil portions.
1. Shake the bottle to mix the oil and water equally, then saturate a cotton pad with the remover.
2. Gently press the cotton pad onto your eyelids for 10 seconds to let it dissolve your makeup.
3. Wipe the cotton pad across your eyelid, you can flip the cotton and reuse the other side again.
4. Repeat the process on our eyebrows as well.
- Do Not rub or tug at your eyelids.
- Avoid using cleansing wipes as it may not be so suitable especially for those with sensitive skin, it may be a little harsh for your eye area.
- Lightly dip a cotton bud into the remover to remove any leftover liner or mascara between your lashes.

Remove Face Makeup
There are different types of removers such as cleansing wipes, cleansing oil, cleansing water, cleansing milk/creams. Pick a cleanser that has makeup removal properties to ensure proper cleansing. Different skin types might need different types of cleanser, so make sure your remover is suitable you! 
2. Cleansing water - I've been using recently and it has been great for my skin. Cleansing water can remove light eye makeup and double up as a cleanser without leaving any sticky feeling. Just saturate your cotton pad and remove your makeup like how you would on your eye areas.
3. Cleansing milk/cream - Cleansing cream has a slightly thicker consistency compared to milk but they're both used the same way. Apply and massage it onto your entire face and rinse it off with water. Depending on brand, some just requires you to wipe off with a cotton pad.
4. Cleansing oil - Cleansing oil is able to remove all types of makeup including your eye makeup. Apply and massage into your skin and rinse off properly with water, you can even use it to remove your eye makeup which makes it very efficient. However, it may take awhile for you to get used to it and requires more rinsing time to ensure your face is totally clean.

Remove Lipstick
We tend to skip this step especially when our lipstick wears off at night. However sometimes we wear long lasting lipstick that stains our lips and doesn't wear of even after a long day.
Don't like oily lip makeup removers? Try using lip balm or Vaseline instead!
1. Apply a layer of lip balm or Vaseline.
2.Leave it on your lips for a few awhile then use a soft cloth or cotton bud to wipe it away, your lipstick will come off together.
3. Reapply another layer of lip balm to moisturize your lips.
I prefer this method as it does not leave my lips feeling oily unlike lip makeup removers.

1. Tie your hair up into a single ponytail. Split the ponytail into two equal sections, top and bottom.
2. Take a rubberband, tie the top section of your hair approximately 1-2 inches from the first rubberband.
3. Split the top section into half as shown, you'll want to pull the bottom section through the hole.
4. Pull out the bottom section through the hole.
5. The bottom hair will now be on top.
6. Take a rubberband, now tie the new hair section that is on top. Repeat the process of pulling the bottom braid through the hole on the top section of your hair and tie a rubberband.
7. When you reach the end of your ponytail,just tie both the hair section together. You can loosen the side of the hair to create a messy braid look!

Do you find yourself constantly checking out your lips and reapplying it when you're out?

Wearing bold lip colours can be tricky especially when you don't want to be checking out your lipstick every hour. As a makeup artist, how do I make my client's lipstick last all night especially with bold red lips?
Here are a few simple steps that works really well without having to reapply your lipstick throughout the night!

Tools needed:
Lipstick, powder brush, translucent powder.

Apply lip balm at lest ten minutes before you apply your lipstick to let your lips soak in the moisture. I like to apply my lip balm as early as possible to let my lips fully absorb the moisture because it surely makes a difference when I have my lipstick on after that. Applying lip balm right before your lipstick will leave a funny texture on your lips which isn't what you want.

1. Use a lip liner to trace the shape of your lip.
2. Apply your lipstick onto your lips! To fill in certain gaps that you might have left out, smile and reapply on your lips.
You can either apply it straight on or with a lip brush, whichever you prefer.
3. Take a piece of tissue and lightly blot your lipstick to remove any excess colour that you might have over applied on your lips.
4. Take a small powder brush and apply translucent loose or pressed powder on your lips. This will help to set and seal the lipstick onto your lips and mattify it.
*Try not to apply too much powder or else it will dry out your lips.
 You can apply on another thin layer of lipstick and you're done!

Step out and wear that bold lip with confidence!
