After hearing about Medifood's breakfast buffet at our previous visit, we are eager to drop by and try it out!

 

I am really happy with the options that have offered. With the price at RM 12.90 per pax, free flow from 7.30 am to 10.30 am daily. I couldn't have ask for more.

 

Medifood caters warm hearty breakfast for all age and I would say that youngster like me will find it pleasant as well.

 

 

The breakfast buffet prepared several counters such as:
1) Salad bar & Vegetarian Pau
2) DIY clear soup noodles
3) Nasi lemak and Fried Sang Mee
4) Cantonese Congee with Condiments
5) Kuih-muih -Sengkuang dumplings, Yam Cakes and Onde-onde
6) Beverages counter and Toast

 

 

Our first round.

 

 

The sengkuang dumpling and yam cake are at the top of our list.

The skin for the sengkuang dumpling has a slightly chewy texture with lightly sauteed veggies in it.

Yam cake on the other hand is moist and filled with the aaroma of yam. It is not too floury and soft like those you get at a beehun stall. Both goes well with chilli sauce.


Onde-onde was soft and sugary at the center.They come in sweet potato or pumpkin flavour.

Another of my personal favourite  is their homemade nasi lemak. Their sambal is unique but doesn't lack of spice. The rice is  fragrant and not lumpy.Fried SangMee is decent.
 

Cantonese congee is smooth and thick, pairs well with the condiments given.

Loving the salad as it is fresh with nice crisp.My prefer dressing would be the pesto olive oil.

 

Medifood serves their whole grain toast with pineapple and red dragon fruit jam.
I like their coffee as it is light and not acidic. Their herbal infused tea is also a good choice.

 

I like the fact that they serve their sweet mung bean soup without sugar and you can add in oatmilk and sugar as you desire.
 

Didn't get to try the clear soup noodles and vegetarian pau but is ok, I'll save it for next time.

Do expect a stream of crowd during the breakfast hour. Medifood's breakfast buffet is pretty popular within the neighbourhood!
